Perkhidmatan
MFI Online Coaching ialah perkhidmatan coaching kecergasan dalam talian selama 4 minggu bagi setiap cycle, merangkumi program workout peribadi, basic nutrition guidance dan check-in mingguan.
Bayaran
Bayaran RM129 bagi setiap cycle 4 minggu dibuat melalui Billplz. Program bermula selepas bayaran disahkan dan borang onboarding serta assessment lengkap diterima.
Tanggungjawab client
Client bertanggungjawab memberi maklumat kesihatan yang tepat dan berhenti bersenam serta mendapatkan nasihat doktor jika mengalami sakit, pening atau ketidakselesaan. Jika anda mempunyai keadaan perubatan, dapatkan kebenaran doktor sebelum memulakan program.
Penafian
Kandungan FIQNESS adalah untuk tujuan kecergasan umum dan bukan nasihat perubatan. Keputusan berbeza bagi setiap individu dan bergantung pada konsistensi, pemakanan, tidur dan faktor lain.
Hak cipta
Program, video dan e-book FIQNESS adalah untuk kegunaan peribadi client sahaja dan tidak boleh dikongsi atau dijual semula.
Polisi Privasi
FIQNESS menghormati privasi anda selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA).
Data yang dikumpul
Nama, email, nombor telefon, maklumat bayaran (diproses oleh Billplz; kami tidak menyimpan butiran kad atau akaun bank anda), serta maklumat kecergasan dan kesihatan yang anda berikan dalam borang onboarding, assessment dan check-in.
Kegunaan data
Untuk menyediakan dan menyesuaikan program anda, berkomunikasi tentang coaching, menghantar free workout dan e-book yang anda minta, dan mengurus bayaran. Kami tidak menjual data anda kepada pihak ketiga.
Penyimpanan
Data disimpan dalam sistem Google (Google Workspace) dengan akses terhad kepada coach sahaja.
Hak anda
Anda boleh meminta salinan, pembetulan atau pemadaman data anda, atau berhenti menerima email pada bila-bila masa dengan menghubungi kami.
Polisi Refund
Tiada refund selepas bayaran dibuat, kerana program disediakan khusus untuk setiap client.
Jika anda tidak dapat meneruskan program atas sebab kesihatan, cycle anda boleh ditangguhkan sehingga 4 minggu. Permohonan penangguhan boleh dibuat melalui WhatsApp atau email di bawah.
Jika berlaku kesilapan bayaran, seperti caj berganda atau jumlah yang salah, hubungi kami dan lebihan bayaran akan dipulangkan ke akaun asal dalam 7–14 hari bekerja.

Terms & Conditions
Service
MFI Online Coaching is an online fitness coaching service of 4 weeks per cycle, including a personal workout program, basic nutrition guidance and weekly check-ins.
Payment
Payment of RM129 per 4-week cycle is made through Billplz. The program starts once payment is confirmed and the completed onboarding and assessment forms are received.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for giving accurate health information, and for stopping exercise and seeking medical advice if they feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. If you have a medical condition, get your doctor's clearance before starting the program.

FIQNESS content is for general fitness purposes and is not medical advice. Results vary between individuals and depend on consistency, nutrition, sleep and other factors.
Copyright
FIQNESS programs, videos and e-books are for the client's personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
Privacy Policy
FIQNESS respects your privacy in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Data we collect
Name, email, phone number, payment information (processed by Billplz; we do not store your card or bank details), and the fitness and health information you give in the onboarding, assessment and check-in forms.
How we use it
To prepare and tailor your program, communicate with you about coaching, send the free workout and e-book you requested, and manage payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Storage
Data is stored in Google systems (Google Workspace) with access limited to the coach.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us.
Refund Policy
No refunds after payment, as each program is prepared specifically for the client.
If you can't continue the program for health reasons, your cycle can be postponed for up to 4 weeks. Postponement requests can be made by WhatsApp or email below.
If there is a payment error, such as a double charge or a wrong amount, contact us and the excess will be returned to the original account within 7–14 working days.
